As a Board Member of The Grand Arch RWA & user of SocietyConnect App, I feel society management has not only become simpler but also more efficient with appropriate tracking/reporting measure provided in each feature- From e -billing & online payments for residents to ease of management with respect to complaints, tracking tenant- owner movements, resident communication enabled through SocietyTalk, Visitor tracking and much more. They offer a complete platform to residents. Also, I really appreciate the ability to tweak the system to incorporate necessary add-ons and the excellent support in getting the system in place in a very seamless manner.
